Cancellation

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us at +30 2310230711 or send an email at info@costopoulosoptics.gr. If the products have already been shipped, you should refuse to receive them so that they are returned to the company.

Changes/Returns

If you discover that the product is not the one you wanted, our company allows you to return it within fourteen (14) days of delivery, only if unused and in its original condition. When the product has been used or its original packaging has been tampered, the return shall not be accepted. If the return is not made within the period of 14 calendar days from the day of receipt or if any of the conditions for returns are not fulfilled, Costopoulos Optics has the right not to accept the return of the products.

Before returning the product, you must contact us within 48 hours since receiving the product, either by calling us at +30 2310230711 or by sending us an e-mail at the address info@costopoulosoptics.gr sending us a short explanation about the reason of return, in order to approve its return.

You return the product you want to change, making sure it is placed in its original packaging and in a suitable wrapper before delivering it to the courier company. The returned product must be adequately protected during transport to avoid any damage. The responsibility of transferring the returned product until the receipt of the product by us, is the responsibility of the sender. The returned product must be in excellent condition, not used or soiled, with no label removed and not damaged at all. 

All returns must be accompanied by the retail sales receipt. Where an invoice has been issued, returns should be accompanied by a dispatch note.

In all above cases, the payment and shipping costs (courier and bank remittance charges) shall be borne by the customer.

If you choose to return a product, you have three options:

  • Change

In case a product of your order does not meet your expectations, you may return and exchange it for another product of your liking (if available), by calling us at +30 2310230711, so that we can guide you through the return process.

  • Credit note

If for any reason, you are not fully satisfied with your purchase and you wish to return it without replacing it, you may request an issuance of a personal credit note, which you can redeem at any time and for any product.

  • Reimbursement

If you wish to return your order without replacing it ​or requesting a credit note, we will reimburse you the full value of the product. The reimbursement will take place after your order is returned to us and its condition been checked, followed by a reimbursement confirmation email. This process can only take place during business days.

The refund will be processed using the same payment method that was used for the purchase:

  • Credit Card refund timesUp to 7 business days, from the day you received the refund confirmation e-mail, depending on your credit card company’s refund process.
  • Refund times by PayPal: Your refund will be visible in your account within 24 hours after receiving the refund confirmation mail.
  • Reimbursement for cash upon delivery: There will be a deposit in a bank of your choice, in cooperation with Alpha Bank, Piraeus and Eurobank. In this case, please send us an email at [email protected] with your account details (Account name, SWIFT code and IBAN). The transaction is completed within five (5) days after receiving the reimbursement confirmation e-mail.
